Set in Rio de Janeiro on a near and hypothetical future, “”Executive order”” is a fiction feature film. The plot of this dystopian comedy with hints of thriller and suspense starts from the applying of a law that forces all African descents to go back to Africa when the government receives a request for financial reparation for the period of slavery. The response of a few congressmen comes through the provisional measure of expatriation, which is carried out. The Cousins Andre (Seu Jorge) and Antonio (Alfred Enoch) and his girlfriend Capitu (Taís Araújo) will face the fight for their freedom in distinct ways.
