Geralda is working at her kiosk on the edge of a beach in the Recôncavo da
Bahia, she receives a call from the hospital saying that her father could die at any moment.
She warns her sisters Rose, Bel and Vilmar. The meeting promoted by waiting for death becomes a
moment of relief and acknowledgment of the four sisters who have not been together since the death of
mother, 15 years ago.
