The first female entrepreneurship transformation reality show.
We will showcase the conflicts and challenges faced by three women entrepreneurs as they embark on a true hands-on journey of personal and professional development, led by Fabi Saad, partner and founder of “Mulheres Positivas”.
Throughout this process of growth and learning, they will need to demonstrate passion and determination to transform their businesses. However, to achieve this, they must overcome challenges that may be beyond the reach of some participants.
Everything is carefully planned and structured so that, in the end, only one of them will win the cash prize and receive a 360º mentorship from Mulheres Positivas.
To become the winner, the contestant must convince Fabi Saad; her business partner, Alberto Leite, founder of the social microcredit bank focused on micro and small enterprises; and a specialized consultant (name pending approval) that her business is ready to scale and has clear growth potential.
